If I could rate this location a zero, I would. I just visited the Uptown Cheapskate in Kennesaw and had a horrible experience. First off, upon entering the store, we noticed a sign on the front counter that indicated blue and green stamped items were buy one get one free. I proceeded to pick up items based on what was advertised. Upon preparing to check out, one of the cashiers informed me that the advertisement was wrong. Only blue stamped items were discounted. I informed her they should still honor the price that was advertised to the consumer. The cashier informed me she wasn’t a manager and couldn’t adjust the price. In addition, she mentioned she would need to call the manager to find out how to proceed. I suggested that she do so. The manager indicated the most she could do was apply an additional 20% discount to the green stamped items. I wasn’t interested in the offer so I put the items that I thought I was getting for free back on the shelf. My sister was also shopping for my niece and ended up putting items back. Years ago I worked in customer service and we were always informed as a best practice, the customer is always right as related to advertised pricing. I informed the cashier that moving forward, it might be a good idea to check the signage for accuracy prior to consumers entering the store. This would help alleviate confusion. Instead of being receptive to the recommendation, the cashier ended up telling me that someone probably put the sign on the counter in error while making space for hangers. I understand this, but where was the empathy? No apology for the confusion was offered or anything. This location is 40 minutes from my house. I hate that gas was even wasted driving up here. Needless to say, today was my first and last time visiting the Kennesaw location. Austell is much closer, and the customer service is outstanding!! If you decide to pay this location a visit and notice references to discounts, please confirm accuracy of what’s being advertised prior to picking up items. Trust me, you’ll be glad that you did ☺️

Excellent store and employees. I always enjoy the chit chat when I go seasonally. I truly do love this place. Spend money earn rewards and get 20% off reg items. Transition seasons are the best time to shop. ?

Love this new location, it has locks already set in the locker room for you & its own yoga studio for yoga classes. 10/10 recommend.

Great finds at this location! I've shopped at a few locations from Utah to Texas and Tennessee. This Kennesaw location seems to have better deals on their assortment.

It's been awhile since I was at this store I forgotten how good it is prices are reasonable there's all kinds of different things different sizes for everyone and plenty of dressing rooms so you don't have to wait a long time to try on what you're getting I'll be back that's the fact.

I have been shopping at this company for 4+ years. I have been to the Cartersville, Acworth and Kennesaw location, and needless to say the Kennesaw location is the worst. After years of loving this company, I decided to sell with them. I brought up a bag of nice shoes (Nikes, some boots and etc.) as well two full trash bags of clothes. The first thing me and my boyfriend noticed upon walking in was the girl’s attitude towards us. I checked in and she gave me a weird look when I set down all my bags. Next, she told me it would take about 20-30 minutes, so I walked around the store, browsing. The place was in disarray, hangers and clothes on the floor, shoes stacked on top of one another and more. I looked over and a completely different girl was going through my clothes and barely looked at them, basically just throwing them around. Finally, about 15 minutes later, I was called to the register to be informed they only wanted two of my clothing items. TWO! This is out of probably 50 or more articles of clothing. When I inquired about the low amount, the girl caught an attitude and essentially told me some of my items were not good enough for their store (keep in mind I quite literally bought some of these from their store.) She told me some were not in season, “not their style” and even more excuse that were to stupid for me to even comprehend. I will NOT be coming back to this location, Acworth, Austell and Cartersville are much friendlier and cleaner!!!!
