It was definitely the most terrible experience ever in my 6-year life this country. The first agent in the window was extremely rude. He told me nothing useful, dropped me a receipt and just rudely stopped the conversation and let me go away. I tried to rejoin the lane and meet another agent immediately after that, and this guy is even worse. He rudely stopped all the questions, ignoring the fact that I have waited 5 months for my ssn and yelled at me that “it’s not our fault that you didn’t get your ssn for 5 months. I don’t care. You have to be patient and there are 400 people waiting in the lobby” even if there were only 10 people there and I have wasted my whole afternoon in that horrible place. All the people are busy, but ssn is so important to me that I would possibly lose my job and even my identity in the country. Their attitudes made me feel to be humiliated. It is so easy to say “sorry your previous application 5 months ago was not successful and we didn’t tell you that. Please wait for another couple weeks and we’ll try our best to get your ssn ready” rather than yelling and trying everything rudely to stop the conversation.
Based on the fact that there are so many high scores here, I highly doubt the agents here are racist targeting Asian. You have to change. You are destroying the reputation of the government.
