This thrift store use to be my favorite… until today. They just lost a LOYAL customer of 3+ years. As much money as I’ve spent at this store and put all my friends onto, I am utterly disappointed in the quality of customer service this place now has. Danielle, the manager and who I believe is the owner of the Tampa Valhalla location, has somewhat of a bipolar attitude and refuses to hold items of interest that I plan to purchase immediately. It started with the sly disrespect of refusing to calculate items for a discount I once had to randomly choosing to not hold items I want to come back and try on another day, but now I think she’s getting personal. Not sure what changed but the rules are being bent based on her emotions. I don’t abuse the rules at the store and respect everyone there, however this company is giving money hungry energy and won’t service you properly if you aren’t spending top dollar EVERY TIME. What a shame, looks like I won’t be bringing my business, good energy and money to this store again. I really miss the energy of the former manager Dasonj ! She was the sweetest and most helpful. Glad to see she’s on to bigger and better things because the owner is running away quality customers. Hopefully they change, either way I won’t be back.

Small thrift store tucked away in the Tampa Heights neighborhood. Very clean, well organized store with a good selection and variety of clothes and solid selection of jewelry. There are two dressing rooms. What makes this place unique is that they offer a “subscription” of some sorts where you can essentially swap out clothes there whenever you want. I’m not sure of the details but I have considered doing it if I see enough clothing I would wear.

We happened upon this shop while visiting from Kentucky, what a wonderful experience! The clothes are so adorable and very reasonable priced!! I wish we had this store back home! Definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

If you’re looking for a hidden gem with cute clothes at a reasonable price, Vahalla is the place to go. Not only do they have a wide selection of shoes, they also have clothes for every occasion. I have left with a nice piece of clothing on nearly every visit, and also appreciate the excellent customer service I have received each time.

I love this store! I have been using the 3 item rental for almost 3 months now and it is totally worth it. I don’t have to worry about finding something for every event now bc they have had an outfit that worked for me every time. I also have less items I won’t wear again. I love that I can rent items for an occasion and then take them back to replace with something else I want to wear. I have no storage in my home so it makes sense for me. I love that it is better for the planet and I don’t have to worry about laundry. Some local items too (rays, bucs, st pete related)!

Coming to shop here as a member is one of the highlights of my week. This place has changed my life. The wonderful ladies here have helped expand my wardrobe tremendously and it has made me a much more confident person because I always dress well now. I get so many compliments on the outfits I get from here. I like how I can rent an outfit and if I like it I can then purchase it at a discount. I get most of my clothes here and I save so much money. I wish there were more locally owned, environmentally conscious businesses like this. If you look good you feel good.

This is the Best of the best place to find your clothes. I used to live in Tampa and every time I passed by Valhalla I would see super cool and fancy clothes in it's window display so I assumed it was a very expensive boutique. BUT my husband gave me a gift certificate for mother's day, and I loved it. I had all my pregnancy and first months postpartum using the service. Danielle would always had suggestions for my outfits that fit me and we're my style. Every week I had to resist the temptation of buying every single item I rented. I love and miss this place so much!!!

Best shopping experience ever! Walked in, was greeted warmly and given a chance to describe what I was looking for. I was given 3 amazing options for a party Saturday. Then I described my style and was presented with a few more outfit options to take with me. The best part is I spent less than $50!! I "rented" the clothes and am now a monthly member. So, Valhalla will take care of cleaning. I also get to go back as many times as I want to exchange my 3 items for 3 more. I highly recommend checking this place out of you are passionate about sustainability and love looking good.
