VetSec is one of the most unprofessional security companies that I've ever run across. I have never worked for this company and I would never apply to work for this company based off of the interaction with the security officers on a day-to-day basis. The field supervisors do not return your phone calls and when they learn your phone number they will not answer. I've called down to the office before no one has ever returned any of my phone calls. The security officers at the country club are unprofessional, incompetent, disrespectful, bad drivers and you can always pull up to the Joe Brown gate and see one of them standing in the driveway smoking a cigarette. You ask them questions and they give you generic answers that have nothing to do with the question that you asked. If you ask them too many questions, they'll get frustrated and throw you off on the HOA. They turn around drivers, if they don't feel like calling the resident to verify the guest, they will not call. Never call down to the security gate and ask them why they are not allowing their driver through the gate. They will become combative and blame you and the driver for anything they can think of. They didn't wanna show their ID, they weren't on the gate list, we couldn't contact the resident, we couldn't contact concierge, we didn't see it in the system, its always something with them and these answers are not the answers to everybody's problems all of the time. Do better.

I live in Las Vegas Country Club. Generally speaking the guards are good. Nice and seem to be alert. They have one who is constantly an issue. If there is a problem I hear from other residents, it always involves her. Now they have made her a supervisor, I pity the poor people that work with her as she seems to be drunk on what little authority she’s been given. I am not mentioning her name as I am sure that Vet Sec has received other complaints about her behavior.

I will ask at the next HOA meeting when the security contract is coming due. Overall, Vet Sec is fine, but for some reason they persist in keeping this nasty, unprofessional person at our site.

If you are going to do business with Vet Sec, please make sure that they outline what their training is for their people when it comes to working with their clients (employers). Right now three stars is for the fact that everyone else has been fine. I’d put it lower otherwise.

Ghetto security to be exact. No professionalism, and no manners. Don't hire these hood people. Even management Jeremy, is a waste of time calling, he sides with the problematic guards, and doesn't care what inconvenience the guards are causing for the residents at the country club.

Whoever worked mobile patrol overnight at Silverstone Ranch on 10/4/2023 HOA needs to loose HER attitude there is no need to scream out of your vehicle at a resident that is asking you to turn down the strobe lights down cause they woke up her baby at 1130pm and than circle back around to her house twice. Ill be calling the office to complain as well. YOU GUYS ARE NEW TO OUR COMMUNITY HAVE SOME RESPECT.

I don't have any vehicle information to assist you, but you need to investigate an incident that took place at approx. 12:40am on 2/16/23 on Boulder highway and Sunset, in Henderson, NV. I was driving northbound on Boulder, approaching the stoplight, when 2 cars appeared in my mirror, driving well above the speed limit. As they approached the red light, they both slammed on their brakes and I saw one car was a vet sec vehicle chasing another car. The security car dangerously changed lanes and entered the intersection at an angle to block the other car. When the light turned green, both cars swerved back and forth as the security car attempted to block the car again. I changed lanes from the far right lane to the far left lane to avoid this situation, but the security vehicle swerved at me. The security car attempted to block the car again, nearly hitting a bus parked at a bus stop. When the other car swerved around and evaded the security vehicle, the security car drove sideways across the road to the left lane I occupied at a high rate of speed and very nearly t boned me before cutting across the intersection and heading southbound on Boulder highway. I will be posting this on all social media pages you have to draw attention to this unacceptable and highly dangerous incident.

Thanks to quick reaction, we weren't hit by a female Vet Sec security driving an SUV and speeding through the parking lot. She Totally disregarded any type of public safety and had the audacity to flip fault and insult the public when confronted. Several witnesses commented on her dangerous actions during incident.

What happened today was pathetic and irresponsible, this security guard needs training or termination for treating the public with such incompetence and rude behavior. She's a danger to the public.

We have used Vet-Sec on our properties for over 3 years. As a former veteran myself, it brings me great pleasure to recommend this company. Eli, the Branch Manager cares about our properties and responds to all of our concerns in a timely manner. I trust him and his employees to ensure safety and security at our Shopping Centers.
