I recently visited Weaver Brothers Volvo to have my brakes replaced, and a few other minor repairs, and I had a very positive experience. Josiah provided excellent service, completing the repairs more efficiently than I anticipated. I appreciate the integrity and professionalism of the staff at Weaver Brothers, which gives me confidence that the job will be done right the first time. I always feel reassured when I choose to have my vehicle serviced there. Additionally, the front desk associate and cashier provided exceptional service during my visit. Their professionalism and attentiveness contributed to a positive experience.

Excellent service staff. John was amazing. The price for work went up but he explained the discrepancy and still gave me a discount. I’m very happy to own a Volvo and the employees that work here are very professional, friendly and enthusiastic. He even complimented my Key fob! I don’t think I’d ever go to another Volvo dealership again!

Absolutely one of the best service experiences I've had. Brandon (service writer) was fantastic and Brock (technician) was able to quickly diagnose the issues, when another dealership couldn't. They also handled the claim process with the Volvo CPO warranty. I was kept up-to-date on the progress and they had the repairs completed very quickly. 100% recommend!

A wonderful experience from start to finish dealing with Weaver Brothers Volvo. There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle from them AT ALL. Noah shared information with me along the purchasing process right out the gate so that I could make an informed decision on my new vehicle purchase. At the end of the day all parties were happy...I purchased the vehicle of my choice at a great price, I found a new dealership to consider for future vehicle needs and Weaver Brothers got a sell. Impeccable customer service, I would highly recommend them for your next vehicle purchase, and I truly understand now why several of my friends speak so highly of Weaver Brothers Volvo and keep going back to them for their vehicle upgrades. How this dealer operates is interesting. Fair pricing, great "first round" customer service but after the guest gets into the F&I box something changes. Too many people that purchase here from out of town are not given a proper delivery. I'm in VA and today I had the pleasure of assisting ANOTHER Weaver Bros client in showing them how their car works, how to use functions and to pair the app, which I will no longer be doing as you know this is your job and will cost your store money for not completing delivery. This is the SEVENTH customer I've had to help (just this year alone) after your salesmen do not finish the job correctly or to 100%. You guys make the commission, shove them out the door and now another Volvo salesman has to waste their time showing your guest how to work their car, while not getting paid to do so. Andy, please have a staff meeting and correct this issue as you know this is not the proper way of any dealership, much less a family run Volvo for over 30 years.
