Some of the staff are great and always eager to help. In the past there have always been a few negative staff who ruined the experience for me by not helping at all or interrupting a transaction- rude by any standards. Hopefully the negative staff have been re- trained or removed because even a non-profit business is still a business and should treat respectful clients and customers with respect in return. I am also hoping the newest manager, who I have met makes the difference because it is a great cause. Women in Need, people in need.. speaks for itself.

I paid 190 for a mattress and boxspring, reserved it for pick up for the next day. The store let my mattress go with someone else before I picked it up. They don’t do refunds. I arranged a helper and rented a van to pickup that mattress. Now just have a thin very uncomfortable mattress instead. If you’re going to spend hard earned money here, especially when you don’t have much to begin with, make sure you pick up the mattress right when you buy it, don’t trust anyone to actually hold anything for you. So disappointed.

I always prefer to support the WINS Thrift stores because I believe that they are pursuing a good cause.
Unfortunately, the staff there made my last trip so unpleasant that I chose to take my money elsewhere.

There was still 30 minutes before closing (7:30 pm), one female clerk in particular, with an officious and authoritative demeanor, made it clear that the store was closing soon and therefore I would not be able to try any of my selections on.

Rather than argue, I left. Clearly her time is more valuable than the needs of the people this organization supports.

I find the clothes that are donated very expensive I only had ten dollars and I couldn't get one pair of pants and a short but the lovely manager I spoke with let me pick an outfit.for ten dollars so my hat goes off to her for that ..thank you WINS
